Rob began his turf grass career in 1988 at Lake View Country Club. He then moved out west interning at Castle Pines, Colorado, home of the “International.” Heading east Rob worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Prospect Bay in Maryland. Rob traveled up north taking the Superintendents position working with Jack Nicklaus on the grow in at the Golf Club of Purchase, NY. Rob then moved south to Pelican Marsh in Napels, Florida. In 2004 Rob returned to his hometown and currently is the Superintendent at Whispering Woods Golf Club where he has been instrumental in the construction of the course for the past two years and its grand opening in June of 2007. |
